Not perfect, but the best I’ve found
I bought these as a replacement for the handles Beachbody supplies with their resistance bands, and to replace a broken handle on the Ripcord bands. They are excellent replacements (perfect for P90X, One on One, P90X2, etc.) with only a few minor flaws.
Positivies:
They don’t rub or scrape across wrists and arms like the flexible cloth handles that Beachbody and Ripcords supply
Solid build
Can handle three resistance bands for extra resistance beyond the black heavy duty band
Negatives:
When doing curls, the bottom of the handle makes unpleasant contact with the wrists. However, the Beachbody and Ripcord handles do it worse. Perhaps adding a pad of some form would alleviate the problem.
The handles are hard plastic. It’s un upgrade from the cheap foam on the Beachbody handles, but the Ripcord handles are better (a hard rubber material).
